A man was shot in killed at Whitendale Park in Visalia. It happened just before 11, Wednesday night. Police haven't released the victim's name or age and detectives are still trying to figure out what led up to the shooting. The park sits in the middle of a neighborhood. Neighbors say they're surprised because the area is usually quiet.
