On the heels of the Fresno County Board of Supervisors ban yesterday on growing medical marijuana, advocates are threatening to appeal the vote.
The vote makes Fresno County the only county in the California with such a ban.
Advocate and lawyer Brenda Linder was on Sunrise talking about what this ban on cultivation and dispensaries means for medicinal marijuana users.
She also discussed the possibility of an appeal.
