Continuing our team coverage, news that the game has been postponed caught some fans off guard. From ticket sales to weekend plans some are still adjusting to the news.
Empty charter buses that were supposed to be carrying the team pulled out of the bulldog stadium parking lot after notice of a postponed game.
"I've been a Bulldog fan since I was a kid," said Fresno State Senior, Anuarh Salazar.
While fans may be a little disappointed, it didn't stop students, like Salazar from thinking positive and looking ahead to the next big game.
"At least it gives them another week to prepare for Boise, which is probably the biggest game of the schedule this year," said Salazar.
For those fans who purchases tickets to Saturday's game in Boulder, the ticket office will contact you for a full electronic or cash refund.
"We normally travel well and we know that there's gonna be some people dressed in red in the stadium, so sure there's going to be some disappointed fans, but I think our fans understand," said Senior Associate Athletic Director, Paul Ladwig.
Bulldog pride runs deep with fans and it's a part of the college experience for some.
"I think our whole college in general, no matter what your major is, we're very into football and we're all very supportive of our football team," said Fresno State Junior, Presley Gravatt.
Salazar is pumped the bulldogs are 2-0 and has high hopes for the remainder of the season.
"I just hope they go undefeated the whole year, you know, probably get a good bowl, we'll see how that goes," said Salazar.
The Bulldogs take on Boise State Friday, 20th at Bulldog stadium.
