A
34-year-old Randy Kestner has seven warrants out for his arrest.
When detectives tried to arrest him, he tried to get away and slammed into several cars.

Kevin Barnard was at home at the time.
“I was in the wading pool in the backyard and I heard these skids and a loud crash. And when I walked outside there was a cop car crashed into my neighbors truck,” said Barnard who lives a couple doors away from where the arrest was made.

They tried to arrest him when he left his friend’s house.
“He came out of the house, jumped into his car and apparently rammed two police vehicles as well as the vehicle of somebody who lives here in the neighborhood,” said Janet Stoll-Lee with the Clovis Police Department.
Police say Kestner then climbed out of his car and tried to run.
“That's when one officer tased him because he was combative at the time,” said Stoll-Lee.
With Kestner in custody, police wrote a search warrant for the home where Kestner had been to see if there's any evidence that ties him to other crimes.
