Police say 32-year-old Rodolfo Hernandez is suspected of molesting five children between 6 and 9-years-old.
Hernandez pled not guilty in court Thursday.
Tulare police launched the investigation six month ago when the family of one young accuser contacted officers.
Sgt. Darron Altermatt with the Tulare Police Department said, "He was an acquaintance of the family members of some of these victims, Which would have been how he knew the victims or the victims were accessible to him."
The charges against Hernandez include: Lewd and lascivious acts upon a child, using force or fear, continuous sexual abuse, sexual acts and other charges.
