An Amber Alert was issued out of San Diego County for a 16-year-old girl and her 8-year-old brother after their mother's body and another victim were found in a burning home.

The suspect is 40-year-old James Lee DiMaggio and police think he may be driving to Canada.
DiMaggio is believed to be driving a blue Nissan Versa with California license plate 6WCU986.
