An arrest was made in a double murder that happened last week.
Investigators say 22 year old Michael Rincon was the shooter in the incident at a Fresno shopping center parking lot at First and Gettysburg.
He's being charged with the murders of 22 year-old Tony Torres junior and his father 48 year-old Tony Torres senior.
Police say the younger man was the target.
They're also looking for another suspect who drove the vehicle.
Police are still looking for the white colored four-door sedan.
