A 25-year-old woman was stabbed following a family disturbance.
The stabbing happened at Cedar and Floradora, near McKinley Avenue in Fresno around 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
Police say there was an argument and an unidentified man grabbed a knife and stabbed the woman in the upper body.
The man has been taken into custody.
The woman was transported to the hospital and is expected to recover.
