A Fresno murder suspect is in custody.
24-year-old Jarrod Hayes is accused of killing 21-year-old Aaron Foster.
Foster was shot on Saturday in the parking lot of the Family Express Food Store at Fresno and B Streets in Southeast Fresno.
Police say the suspect and victim belonged to rival gangs.
