Police are investigating a drive-by shooting in Madera.
It happened Monday night in the area of Sherwood and Austin, near Pan-Am Park.
A 19-year-old man was shot three times.
Police believe the victim is a gang member and was targeted.
The victim was taken to Madera Community Hospital and is expected to survive.
