A toddler is with Child Protective Services after a woman abandoned the child at the Walmart on Kings Canyon in Fresno.
The woman told a clerk at the Walmart that she had to run out to her car and left the child at the counter but never came back.
Workers immediately called officers who were not able to locate her.
