Los Banos police arrested a suspect in a fatal hit and run accident that killed Fernando Buenrostro over the weekend.
Police arrested 23-year-old Jesse Ryan Fuentes of Los Banos Wednesday morning at his home.
Police say Fuentes is cooperating and has provided details about the crash.
Fuentes is in the Los Banos Police Department Jail, charged with felony hit and run causing the death of another and driving with a suspended license.
18-year-old Fernando Buenrostro was hit while riding a motorized scooter and died at the hospital the next morning.
