Two suspects are accused of carjacking a man from a drive-up ATM in Southeast Fresno.
Officers say 30-year-old Shalon Perez and 37-year-old Ernie Rodriguez took a man's car while he was sitting in it at a Bank of America.
Perez apparently almost ran over the victim when he drove off in his car.
