Spencer Scarber and his parents have been arrested after Scarber was captured for fleeing the country during his trial.
The trial continued without his prescence, where the 20-year-old Scarber was convicted of rape.
Sentencing was postponed until Scarber was caputred and now he could face up to 70 years in prison.
Scarber's parents, Kyle and Gail Scarber, were also arrested in connection to their son's arrest.
