Police are investigating a shooting outside a laundromat in Parlier Wednesday night.
Witnesses say the victim went out to his car to grab an item and that's when he was shot in the back and the arm.
The Parlier Police Department and investigators from the Fresno County Sheriffs Department were both investigating the scene at Fresno and H Streets.
The victim was transported to Community Regional Medical Center. His condition is not known.
