The Hmong International New year Celebration is under way in Fresno.
Thousands are expected at an event at the Fresno Fairgrounds.
The celebration runs through the 1st of the year.
The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Fairgrounds.
General admission to the event is $4.
