A Dos Palos man is arrested accused of raping a 16-year-old girl.
55-year-old Michael Nunely is at the Merced County Jail.
Dos Palos Police say the victim reported the rape to her school.
She said Nunely gave her methamphetamine then assaulted her.
Police say Nunely has a lengthy criminal history that includes assault, domestic violence and drugs.
Police searched Nunely's home and arrested him at his house.
